I have only made a handful of videos using it, but so far I haven't experienced any negative issues. CyberLink appears to have introduced deliberate shortcomings in its WaveEditor, such as only allowing silencing of audio in whole second increments - just enough to annoy you and make you consider purchasing their AudioDirector upgrade (which, at 130, is twice as much as what I paid for PowerDirector, so I cannot justify the upgrade).
